Six-month contract to execute digital go-to-market campaigns and improve digital journeys across web and mobile. Work embedded in agile squads to write user stories, contribute to UI/UX, test and validate builds, resolve app issues, optimize webpages for UX and Core Web Vitals, and analyze platform performance.
We are seeking a proactive Contract Executive to join the Growth Experience Team, for a period of 6 months.
In this role, you’ll be actively involved in day-to-day work on our corporate website, customer web portal and mobile app, with the objective of driving the best digital journeys across Income’s properties. You’ll be embedded in well-established agile squads and work closely with a range of functions within Income, including IT, Marketing and Operations.
- Management and setup of go-to-market digital campaigns
- Hands-on work as part of the My Income app & corporate web development teams, including:
- User story writing
- UI/UX design
- Testing and validating of builds
- Working with the app tech team to resolve user issues and complaints
- Working closely with the corporate website product owner and development team in:
- Optimising existing webpage templates for better user experience
- Tech SEO and Core Web Vitals improvements
- Assistance with campaigns and initiatives to drive use of our digital platforms
- Analysis and reporting of performance metrics across platforms
- Any other tasks or projects involving Digital Experiences as assigned
