About the role
We’re looking for a strategic and creative Content Marketing Manager to lead the planning, creation, and execution of content that drives business growth and connects with our audiences.
Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and audience needs.
Identify key themes, topics, and content formats (blogs, videos, social media, and more) that resonate with target audiences.
Create and oversee content that guides potential customers through the sales funnel, from awareness to decision-making.
Leverage calls to action (CTAs), landing pages, and gated content to generate leads and drive conversions.
Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure content supports broader business goals.
Manage relationships with external contributors, including writers, designers, and agencies, to deliver high-quality content.
About you
Strategic Thinking and Planning
Proven ability to develop and execute a cohesive content strategy aligned with business goals.
Strong understanding of target audiences and how to tailor content to their needs and preferences.
Excellent organisational skills, including managing content calendars and long-term initiatives.
Creativity and Storytelling
Exceptional creativity in producing engaging, innovative content across multiple formats.
Ability to adapt tone, voice, and style for different platforms and audience segments.
Analytical and Data-Driven Approach
Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and SEMrush to measure content performance.
Strong analytical skills to interpret audience behaviour and optimise content strategies.
Experience setting, tracking, and reporting on KPIs to measure content success.
Deep understanding of major social media algorithms and best practices.
Digital publishing and digital media experience.
Project Management and Organization
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple content initiatives simultaneously.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
Communication and Collaboration
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present and defend content ideas.
Strong collaboration skills to align content initiatives with stakeholder and business objectives.
Ability to manage and motivate external contributors, including freelancers and agencies.
Adaptability and Continuous Learning
Flexibility to adapt strategies in response to changing market trends and audience insights.
