Conduct UAT for banking and wealth management projects, including test planning, scenario and case development, execution, defect tracking, and reporting. Analyze client requirements, specifications, and process flows; research client needs; document findings; develop recommendations; and present solutions to stakeholders. The role also involves client engagement, project updates, and applying Agile or hybrid delivery practices.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computing, Engineering, or Science.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on testing experience, with strong exposure to User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Proven experience in Private banking is highly preferred.
- Experience preparing test strategies, test cases, defect logs, and test execution reports.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
- Experience working within Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
