About the Role

Join us as Consultant, Talent Acquisition at AIA Investment Management!
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a key role in attracting and securing high-calibre talent to support AIAIM's business objectives and growth plans. Partnering closely with business leaders and hiring managers, you will develop and execute effective recruitment strategies, provide market insights and talent advisory support, and deliver a seamless end-to-end hiring experience. You will also contribute to workforce planning efforts by building talent pipelines, analysing external market trends, and anticipating future talent needs to ensure the organisation remains well-positioned to meet evolving business demands.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Talent Acquisition & Business Partnering

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for AIAIM, from requisition intake and sourcing strategy through offer management and hiring closure.
  • Partner hiring managers to understand business requirements, workforce plans, organisational objectives and role specifications.
  • Advise stakeholders on market trends, talent availability, compensation benchmarks and recruitment strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with business leaders and hiring managers to align recruitment outcomes with business priorities.
  • Manage offer negotiations and support hiring decisions through market insights and talent recommendations.

Talent Sourcing & Candidate Management

  • Develop talent pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals and market mapping.
  • Build talent communities for critical and recurring roles.
  • Deliver an engaging and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Recruitment Operations & Governance

  • Oversee and ensure effective execution of interview scheduling, assessment activities and recruitment logistics.
  • Manage job postings, candidate tracking, offer documentation and onboarding handover activities.
  • Maintain accurate and timely updates within Workday and other recruitment systems.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with internal policies, governance standards and applicable employment regulations.
  • Monitor recruitment data integrity and process adherence to support effective reporting and audit requirements.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data within Workday.

Continuous Improvement, Projects & Analytics

  • Monitor recruitment KPIs and hiring trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Leverage recruitment analytics and market intelligence to enhance hiring effectiveness and decision-making.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise recruitment processes, tools and stakeholder experience.
  • Participate in and lead Talent Acquisition projects aligned with organisational priorities.
