Job Profile Summary:

Compliance is evolving rapidly, and technology is at the heart of how we strengthen controls, scale our oversight, and reduce risk. As part of the Compliance BSC team, you’ll play a critical role in shaping and delivering technology enhancements that directly improve how compliance monitoring is conducted across the organization.

This is an opportunity to sit at the intersection of compliance, technology, and transformation - owning meaningful initiatives that make a real difference to efficiency, consistency, and regulatory outcomes.

Job Description:
As a Project Specialist supporting the Compliance BSC team, you will manage a portfolio of technology, automation, and process enhancement initiatives, while also supporting selected BAU (business‑as‑usual) review activities to stay close to real operational needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Owning the end‑to‑end delivery of compliance‑related tech enhancements, from requirement clarification to implementation.
  • Coordinating across Compliance, Technology, Digital, and Operations teams to ensure solutions are well‑aligned, well‑prioritized, and delivered on time.
  • Tracking project progress, managing dependencies, and proactively addressing risks and issues.
  • Supporting UAT and release readiness to ensure solutions meet compliance needs and are fit for purpose.
  • Driving adoption through clear communication, structured change activities, and strong stakeholder engagement.
  • Participating in BAU compliance review activities, as required, to:
    • Develop a deeper understanding of review workflows and control expectations
    • Identify practical improvement opportunities for automation and system enhancements
    • Ensure new solutions are grounded in real‑world compliance needs

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in project management or delivery roles, ideally within compliance, risk, financial services, or regulated environments.
  • Comfortable working across both project‑based initiatives and BAU activities.
  • Strong at connecting the dots between business needs and technology delivery.
  • Confident communicator who can work with both compliance practitioners and technical teams.
  • Organized, proactive, and calm when balancing competing priorities.
