Job DescriptionThe position is affiliated to the compliance team and responsible for compliance data management and analysis:
- Manage compliance database - Review, analyse, correct compliance data to maintain the necessary data integrity and validity.
- Collecting/consolidating compliance data from various sources and organising them into usable formats.
- Assessing quality and meanings of compliance data and cleansing corrupted data for integrity and accuracy.
- Using statistical tools to derive meaningful information/insights from raw data and answer the questions from stakeholders.
- Creating data visualisations and reports to uncover business intelligence for stakeholders to make informed decisions.
- Creating appropriate documentation that allows others to understand data analysis processes and steps to foster wide adoption of data processing techniques.
- Interpret compliance regulations and their requirements, analyse the associated business risks & implications, propose best-fit procedures, create risk mitigation plan, and advise stakeholders on the relevant matters.
- Bachelor's degree or above, fresh graduates are considered.
- Experienced in Microsoft Power BI and Excel and understand Power Query, Power Pivot, Data Model, DAX, Visual Reporting, etc.
- Experienced in SQL database and the related tools/software, proficient in SQL language.
- Solid Knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) and data analysis.
- Strong mathematical, statistical, and analytical skills - the ability to analyse, model and interpret data, identify trends, patterns, and insights from data.
- Experience in MS Power Automate and Power Apps is a plus.
- Knowledge of VBA programming and Python, C#, etc. is desirable.
- Experience in Microsoft SharePoint, Excel, List, Teams, etc. is desirable.
- Knowledge of Product BOM and SAP ERP/PLM system is desirable.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin.
- Adaptive with strong initiative and leadership, attention-to-details and motivated for continuous self-upskill.
