The Compensation Partner role will be part of our truly multidisciplinary team of reward experts and will report to the Sr. Director, Total Reward. The Compensation Partner will play a key role in the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs, policies, structures, and practices for the organization. This role will help to define and execute our global compensation strategy and will provide excellent client facing business support.
The role encourages remote working. There will be some travel required and will require the individual to attend meetings (via Teams calls) catering to the different time zones.
Let’s talk about the role:
- Partner with People Business Partners and business leaders to provide consultation in support of business initiatives.
- Support the design, implementation, and ongoing management of compensation programs, initiatives, and projects for the assigned Business Units.
- Consult on compensation issues and solutions ranging from pay review, unique compensation program interventions, such as retention programs, one-time payments, off-cycle increases, and promotions, etc.
- Provide market analysis, industry and geographic specific data assessment and consultation to assigned clients to inform solutions.
- Drive data governance in People system, including benchmarking jobs, develop pay ranges and system readiness for annual compensation programs.
- Provide ongoing support to the Talent Acquisition team to align pay with market practice and Resmed’s compensation strategy.
- Manage the annual salary review, bonus, and long-term incentive planning process and communication and training for assigned client groups.
- Facilitate education and training on compensation principles, tools, and practices to strengthen understanding of compensation programs and processes.

Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field is required.
- Atleast 6-8 years of experience as a compensation partner/specialist in a manufacturing industry, handling wage reviews & bonuses.
- Solid experience in job architecture, market analysis, salary structures, short-term incentives. Advanced Excel skills and spreadsheet analysis and strong PowerPoint skills.
- Demonstrated ability to design & implement analytical solutions in large, complex organizations.
- Strong analytical acumen, intellectual curiosity, creativity, and solid communication skills.
- Excellent consultative skills, understanding business needs and translating those needs to technical requirements.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
Preferred:
- Working knowledge of Workday or similar People system.
- Experience with mergers and acquisitions.
