Job Description

Rockwell Automation is hiring!

We are looking for a Compensation Specialist, AP to join us.

Based in Singapore, you will report to the Manager, Regional Compensation Asia Pacific.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Knowledgeable across all government regulations governing the compensation policies in different SEA & SP countries.
  • Develop and provide support for the implementation and administration of compensation policies and programmes that are cost-effective and competitive for the company.
  • Manage survey process - participates in compensation surveys to collect and analyze competitive salary information to determine our competitive position.
  • Monitor and provide data insights to address specific pay market concerns.
  • Prepare and analyze salary adjustments for conformance to established guidelines, policies, and practices.
  • Recommend corrective or alternative actions to resolve compensation-related problems.
  • Lead and/or prepare special studies and recommendations on subjects such as incentive compensation, bonus plans, sales compensation, or stock options.
  • Familiarity with Workday - maintain on processes to ensure integrity of eligibility data within Workday.
  • Partner with other team members to provide compensation support and recommendations.
  • Lead compensation related projects.
  • Perform periodic data audits to ensure data accuracy.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of related experience in technology or related industry
  • Knowledge of compensation benchmarking and market pricing
  • Demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to partner and cross functionally
  • Experience working with internal HR partners to support our priorities
  • Bachelors'/Masters' Degree in any stream from any recognised university
  • An experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization; resolve wide range of complex issues
