Unique Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced internal communication team member to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you will have the opportunity to enhance the portion of the team cohesion, commercial understandings, and leadership skill development. You will play a crucial role in driving the success of our SEATW region, ensuring flawless execution and world-class brand position. This is an ambitious position that requires proven influence skills and the ability to compete in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work closely with various departments on developing and implementing communications plans for corporate initiatives.

  • Develop compelling story-telling through crafting articles, graphics, images, and videos which resonate with internal audiences globally.

  • Assist in communication of messages from senior leadership.

  • Manage internal events.

  • Support various employee communications projects and campaigns.

  • Manage external communications to enhance brand visibility and reputation in the SEATW countries.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in journalism, communications, public relations, or related fields.

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in corporate communications, or internal communication, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.

  • Strong writing and editing skills in English, with the ability to produce clear, concise, and compelling communications materials.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to plan and execute corporate activities with high quality and efficiency.
