The Commercial Manager will manage hotel partnerships, drive growth, negotiate terms, and analyze performance metrics to optimize Skyscanner's hotel portfolio.
We’re now excited to find a Commercial Manager, Hotels to be part of our growing Hotels Commercial team in Singapore.
Your role will focus on managing and expanding relationships with hotel partners, driving growth through effective monetisation strategies. You’ll support revenue goals by identifying market and partner opportunities, leveraging dynamic bidding optimisations, as well as CPC, CPA, and margin share models to grow Skyscanner’s hotel portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Ongoing account management of existing partnerships, identifying and pursuing all opportunities to grow partnerships and Skyscanner Hotels revenue.
- New business/business development: identify, pursue, and bring new supply partners to join Skyscanner hotels and grow Skyscanner portfolio of hotels partners.
- Negotiate and secure commercial rates and terms.
- Understand our client’s changing business needs and ensure partners satisfaction.
- Provide a single point of contact for partner communication, escalating account concerns and requirements.
- Apply analytical skills to understand and optimize performance and value for our partners. Work to develop and execute account plans that position Skyscanner as a strategic partner.
- Monitor and analyse relevant performance metrics and focus on activities that grow partners’ performance.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with internal and external stakeholders, coordinating with other functional and support areas, including marketing, product, finance, etc.
- Attend conferences and representing Skyscanner at external events and functions where needed.

- Good understanding of dynamic bidding as a commercial model
- Good understanding of the travel tech eco system.
- Strong sales and negotiations skills
- Proven success in building and managing relationship, including negotiating agreements.
- A results-focused and metrics-driven mindset
- Ability to interpret performance, market and competition data analysis and implement impactful action plans based on the data.
