With ION Flagship's opening, we have a newly created role for a Client Development Manager, ION Flagship to join our Maison's Flagship to be a brilliant partner and to effectively contribute to the future.   • As the Client Development Manager for the Flagship, your missions are two-fold (1) craft the client development strategy, and (2) be the client experience bridge between the store levels.  
  • You will be responsible for Client Development, Retail Programs, and High Jewelry in ION,
  • You will be in-charge of the in-store Clienteling Tools and Data, 
  • You will also be responsible for Client Experience, Events, and Activations . 

Celebrating Joy at Tiffany 

  • Develop and evolve the client contact strategy with a focused on personalized outreach appointments, and client planning within the Flagship experience as a focal point,
  • Partner with the external partners and retail teams to ensure consistent luxury service standards across both environments,
  • Grow client loyalty and sales by creating integrated experiences,
  • Partner with Team Managers and Private Client teams to drive sales plans,
  • Cultivate in-store relationships with VICs and build new client acquisition strategies,
  • Design initiatives and strategies to bridge a holistic store experience and retail experience for brand engagement,
  • Create unique and memorable client experience within the store to enhance brand desirability and drive sales,

  • For the final round, you will meet with our Regional Teams who will share on a broader perspective, focusing on company’s goals and your potential impact on the company’s strategic objectives.
