Job Description
About You
Strategic Partner to the CEO:
Partner closely with the CEO to define, prioritize, and drive strategic initiatives across the organization.
Translate high-level strategy into actionable plans and ensure alignment across business units and geographies.
Monitor progress of strategic projects and provide regular updates to the CEO and executive leadership.
Cross – Functional Program Management:
Lead and manage cross-functional programs that span multiple departments, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact.
Identify and resolve bottlenecks, manage dependencies, and ensure accountability across teams.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders including board members, investors, clients, and senior leadership.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across a matrixed organization with global teams.
Prepare briefing materials, talking points, and presentations for key meetings and public engagements.
Business Growth & M&A:
Support the CEO in identifying and evaluating new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
Lead due diligence, integration planning, and execution for mergers and acquisitions.
Collaborate with finance, legal, and business teams to assess strategic fit and financial impact.
Operational Excellence:
Drive operational improvements and implement best practices across the organization.
Establish governance frameworks for strategic initiatives and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
Executive Communications:
Prepare high-impact presentations, reports, and briefings for internal and external audiences.
Leadership Support:
Represent the CEO in meetings and decision-making forums when required.
Governance & Reporting:
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of strategic KPIs and business performance metrics
About You
Minimum 10 years of experience in strategy, operations, business development, or M&A, preferably in consulting, real estate, or related industries.
Strong understanding of matrix organizational structures and global stakeholder management.
Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
