Job Description
Menlo is looking for a Chief of Staff who will operate as the CEO's right hand woman/man. Part strategist, part operator, and part administrator, you will be in the trenches helping to steer the company through a high growth phase.
Responsibilities
Menlo's Chief of Staff oversees our high-level strategy and investor relations, as well as back-office functions and company operations:
Strategic
- Be the CEO's Strategic Partner: Debate big decisions and long-term strategy, vis-a-vis market trends and competition
- Drive Execution + Alignment: Align team internally on major decisions, and build systems that enable lightning-fast execution
- Investor & Strategic Partner Ops: Handle inbound investor interest, and maintain key strategic partner relationships
HR
- HR Ops: Drive People Ops, Onboarding, Employee Admin support, compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Recruitment & Candidate Experience: Drive recruitment pipelines, ensure best-of-class interview experience
- Performance Management: Drive OKRs and strategic alignment with team
Requirements
- Large context window
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Deep interest in AI & Robotics
- Bonus: Experience working in an international environment, preferably in a startup environment
- 30% travel
