About the Role

As the Channel Partnerships Manager, you will be accountable for fostering business expansion by acquiring and maintaining a portfolio of channel partners and servicing their referred clients. This position will report to the Channel Partnerships Lead and presents an exceptional opportunity for a results-driven business development, sales, or partnerships manager who possesses a distinctive combination of sales, analytical, communication, and relationship management competencies. The ideal candidate will be a proven self-starter with a track record of delivering high outputs and achieving challenging goals.

  • Be the advocate for partners and customers acquired by our partners
  • Build and maintain a portfolio of channel partners to acquire new accounts and drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide excellent partner and customer experience and resolve roadblocks 
  • Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide exceptional service that strengthens customer loyalty
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to effectively position the company’s solutions. Share insights with the team to refine sales strategies and approach
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and dealing with ambiguity

Minimum qualifications:

  • 5+ years of work experience selling payments, cards and FX to SMBs in partnership roles, ideally with experience in fintech
  • Familiarity in e-Commerce, marketplaces, and influencer communities 
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and dealing with ambiguity
  • Self-driven to deliver, with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Possesses strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with proven track record of driving change and influencing stakeholders
  • Proficiency in English and Vietnamese 
  • Hybrid work from our office in Ho Chi Minh City/Singapore

Preferred qualifications:

  • Exposure to B2B payments, corporate cards, or other fintech
  • Experience working in payment, banking, financial, consulting companies
