The Change Management Specialist is primarily focused on project‑level change delivery. Reporting to the Head, Agency Transformation and Execution within Distribution, the role is responsible for driving effective adoption by applying the PACS Change Management Framework in a consistent and disciplined manner. The Change Manager works independently with stakeholders to plan, execute, and monitor change management activities, ensuring stakeholders are prepared throughout the change lifecycle from impact assessment through to implementation including, post-launch hypercare.This role oversees end-to-end internal change management delivery, including impact analysis, stakeholder engagement, readiness planning, communications, change agent mobilisation, training and enablement, and progress tracking. A proactive, structured, and solutions-oriented approach is essential to maintaining continuity, alignment, and meaningful transformation outcomes. The Change Manager is expected to confidently manage scope, apply the standardised framework, and deliver change work across one or multiple projects concurrently.
1. Application of PACS Change Management Framework
- Apply the Change Management Framework rigorously across all assigned initiatives.
- Ensure CM deliverables follow established phases and templates (Impact Assessment, Engagement, Readiness, Comms, Launch, Hypercare).
2. Change Analysis & Planning
- Conduct change impact assessments (CIAs) and readiness assessments for impacted groups.
- Define stakeholder groups, change impacts, risks, and required interventions.
- Develop project-level change strategies aligned to framework standards.
3. Stakeholder Engagement & Communications
- Identify and engage key stakeholders, preparing them for the planned changes.
- Develop communication content and engagement materials, ensuring alignment with the respective stakeholders
- Manage change agent networks to cascade updates and foster advocacy.
4. Readiness, Launch & Hypercare
- Conduct change readiness assessment and develop readiness plans to ensure impacted users are prepared for go‑live.
- Support training coordination with SMEs including learning materials development like User Guides and FAQs (without owning SME‑level content creation).
- Track readiness indicators, adopt mitigation actions, and support hypercare communications and updates.
5. Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor change progress, stakeholder sentiment, adoption risks, and readiness metrics.
- Provide structured reporting to the Change Management Lead, PM, and business stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and timely updates on CM deliverables.
6. Others
- Provide ad-hoc support to the reporting manager
