The Opportunity
We’re looking for a talented Category Manager to join us, reporting to our General Manager Codashop. You’ll help us shape our category management on our global mobile game topup assortment on our Codashop label.

Within Category Management, you are involved in realising a relevant assortment catalogue, improving its performance with the Marketing Team, working towards optimal price levels with our Pricing Analyst, and together with our B2B sales team, liaising with publishers (like Moonton and Garena) about growing the mobile gaming topup category. With tens of thousands of products across 60+ countries and a wide range of customer segments, scalability is key.

What you'll do

  • Own the Mobile Gaming Top-Up category, identifying gaps and driving global expansion.
  • Set up category performance monitoring and steer on a daily/weekly /monthly basis
  • Create a comprehensive external category view (e.g., what is trending, what is happening at competitors, visiting conferences)
  • Convert insights into actions to achieve category KPIs
  • Make sure that presentation and findability of your category is optimal on our web/app-stores.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Revenue teams to optimize pricing and performance.
  • Build strong relationships with key publishers like Moonton, Garena and Riot, identifying win-win opportunities that drive mutual growth like new territories and marketing collaborations
  • Develop strategic growth plans and execute marketing/media strategies to expand market share.

What you'll bring

  • Affinity and strong interest in mobile gaming industry and category developments
  • 5+ years’ experience in a highly analytical, commercial role (Category Management, Assortment Management, etc.)
  • Experience in eCommerce, preferably B2C, and international markets.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and critical thinking skills—able to identify trends, generate insights, and translate them into viable business strategies
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and analytical reasoning
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal and written), with the ability to clearly convey complex analysis to internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong representation skills to effectively engage and build trust with brand partners / publishers
  • A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Innovative, creative, and commercially astute.
  • Strong English and Mandarin language skills to effectively communicate with key publishers.

We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer, embracing the unique qualities of every individual, regardless of gender, race, age, religion, disability, or other local protected classes. Our goal is to foster an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome and valued.

Due to the large number of exceptional applications we receive, we can only reach out to shortlisted candidates. If you don't hear from us, rest assured there may be another opportunity at Coda that aligns better with your unique abilities. Remember to check our Careers Page for more exciting job openings!
