Lead and scale a global people operations team for 600+ employees across 20+ countries. Own HRIS administration, payroll, compliance, mobility/immigration, employee lifecycle SLAs, vendor management, and audit readiness. Design scalable processes, partner with cross-functional leaders, and support M&A integrations and data migrations to ensure a seamless employee experience.

Six-month maternity cover Brand Designer producing brand and marketing design across campaigns, web, social, events, presentations, and internal comms. Translate briefs into creative concepts, evolve and apply brand systems, present work, manage multiple projects, and deliver polished, brand-consistent assets using Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and AI tools.

Own commercial analytics and analytics engineering: translate business questions into structured analysis, build trusted dbt datasets and semantic metrics, create decision-ready dashboards, improve data quality, and partner with Commercial, Pay/Risk, Marketing, and Finance to drive business outcomes.
