Position Description

Vantage is seeking a detail-oriented, initiative-driven, and analytical Capital Markets Lead Analyst to assist in all aspects of debt capital raising within the Capital Markets team. You will support project financing loans & Holdco financing debt capital raising initiatives and interact with key internal and external stakeholders. You will report directly to and work closely with our Director, Head of APAC Capital Markets, and have high visibility with our APAC CFO. The ideal candidate will be an autonomous self-starter who has a keen sense of ownership and is eager to learn.

Essential Job Functions

  • Drive preparation of cash flow financial models to support debt capital raising

  • Lead preparation of marketing materials for communication with banks and credit funds

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive project execution

  • Take ownership of debt transaction execution processes including addressing bank queries, managing a virtual data room, working with internal and external counsels on financing documentation

  • Drive post-closing loan management together with Treasury operations (KYC, covenant management, Treasury interface, ongoing credit reviews/queries)

  • Work closely with the Head of APAC Capital Markets and the CFO to prepare internal reporting materials (business case assumptions, MBR updates, DigitalBridge updates, budget requests, board decks, other internal queries)

  • Other tasks as assigned for general support of the capital markets function

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Finance / Accounting / Economics / Business; open to considering other degrees as well if there is relevant work experience

  • Between 4-7 years of relevant experience working in one of the following industries: corporate or investment banking, investments, credit analysis, or other roles centred on financial analysis. Candidates with less experience may be considered if experience is relevant

  • Ability to work independently, particularly when working remotely

  • Strong analytical mind and quantitative skillset, required

  • Effective communication skills, preferred

  • Experience in real estate, Data Center and communications infrastructure sectors will be a positive
