Role DescriptionBusiness Operations & Marketing CoordinatorOverview of the Firm

FGS Global helps the world's most influential leaders move minds and markets. Working where business, government, and public opinion intersect, we advise CEOs, boards, and leadership teams at the most consequential moments.

We work as one team across geographies and disciplines - bringing together specialists with backgrounds in communications, finance, law, government, journalism, data science, and digital. Whatever the moment demands, we combine multidimensional perspectives to help leaders anticipate what's next, engage the stakeholders who matter, and drive meaningful outcomes.

Across 31 global offices, we draw on the full depth of the firm so clients can operate with clarity, act with confidence, and lead with trust. This collaborative approach has established FGS as a market leader: we are consistently ranked Band 1 for Crisis & Risk Management and Litigation Support by Chambers and Partners, and were ranked the #1 Global M&A PR firm by deal value and deal count for four consecutive years (Mergermarket, 2025).

The Role

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Business Operations & Marketing Coordinator to support the smooth running of the Singapore office and help drive forward marketing and business development activity. This role suits someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership of operational processes, and wants to grow into a broader business role over time. You will work closely with senior team members on both the operational backbone of the office and the external-facing marketing and client engagement efforts.

Responsibilities

CRM and data management

  • Own day-to-day maintenance of the CRM system, ensuring contact records, client data, and pipeline information are accurate and up to date
  • Generate reports and pull data to support business development and client reporting needs

Relationship and stakeholder coordination

  • Support management of non-client relationships, including vendors, partners, and other external stakeholders
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external queries related to office operations

Client events and marketing support

  • Support planning and execution of client events including logistics, guest lists, and on-site coordination
  • Coordinate with the marketing team on collateral, event materials, invitations, and follow-up communications
  • Help track and report on event outcomes and attendee engagement

Business growth mindset

  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve office processes, marketing coordination, or business development support
  • Bring ideas to the team on how operational and marketing functions can better support business growth

Office operations and administrative support

  • Manage general office operations, including vendor coordination, supplies, and facilities-related requests
  • Provide diary management, travel coordination, and scheduling
  • Process expenses and manage purchase order (PO) numbers, liaising with finance as needed
  • Maintain office administrative systems and documentation

Ad hoc projects and research

  • Conduct research to support business development, client pitches, or market insights as needed
  • Take on ad hoc projects across operations and marketing as priorities arise
Desired Skills & Qualities
  • 1–2 years of experience in an operations, administrative, or marketing coordination role. Fresh graduates also welcome to apply
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Mandarin or other regional languages would be a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion
  • A proactive, "can-do" attitude with genuine interest in how a professional services business operates and grows
