Job Description
  • Supports execution of go-to-market approaches for a designated portfolio encompassing products, solutions, and services, aligning with the overarching business strategy and marketing objectives, while collaborating with Business and Sales Leaders to ensure strategic coherence and effective implementation in Growth region.
  • Coordinates New Product Introductions (NPIs), ensuring alignment of marketing strategies and operational execution to optimize market penetration, customer adoption, and overall market leadership.
  • Facilitates the collection of robust proof-points aligned with the consumer/customer centric strategies, supporting in identifying strategic opportunities driven by End-of-Life product strategies, thereby enhancing market positioning and competitive advantage.
  • Acts as an interface to global business unit teams, developing and delivering the business plan for the sub-category in the region based on agreed strategic plan of record & annual operating plan.
  • Works under general supervision, providing local insights on competition, consumer behavior, and market trends to influence global lead Value Proposition Creation (VPC) and Product Development Lifecycle Management (PDLM).
  • Supports the execution of end-of-life plans for products, ensures smooth transitions for customers by providing timely communication, support, and alternative solutions to minimize disruption and maintains customer relationships.
  • Develops category-specific omni-channel experiences and shopper journeys, concentrating on defining ""where to play"" and ""how to win"" to achieve the prioritized strategic business objectives.
  • Supports the definition of “where to play” and “how to win” strategies for prioritized sub-categories through market analysis, segmentation, customer archetype development, needs assessment, and stakeholder mapping to identify key opportunities and drive strategic business objectives.
  • Assists in executing mid-term sales planning for the sub-category, ensuring that plans are aligned with both financial and operational objectives to support overall business goals.
  • Uses category analytics and consumer insights to help in driving continuous performance improvement, addressing knowledge gaps and accelerating performance for the associated sub-category.

You’re the right fit if:

  • You have a Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Product Management or equivalent.
  • A minimum 5 years of experience with Bachelor's in areas such as Marketing Technology, Medical Technology, Healthcare, Commercial Services Management or equivalent.
  • You work with a high level of autonomy, translating strategic direction into consistent, high-quality digital execution across regions and markets.
  • You have solid experience in marketing strategy development and execution, preferably in healthcare or complex B2B environments.
  • You are comfortable working in a cross-functional, international setup, closely engaging with sales, service, marketing, and regional teams.
  • You combine creative thinking with strong operational execution, planning, and optimization skills.
  • You bring attention to detail, operational excellence, and a problem-solving, action-oriented mindset.
