The Regional Programme Management team plays a critical role in enabling SMEs across the region by delivering innovative, scalable working capital solutions. As banking evolves with changing customer behaviours and technology, this team drives transformation to better serve growing business owners.

The role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join the Regional Programme Management team, reporting to the Group Lead – Lending Programme Management under Global Enterprise Banking. This role partners closely with government agencies, external partners, and internal stakeholders across business, technology, risk, and operations.

As a Business Loans Regional Programme Manager, you will lead high‑impact regional initiatives that enhance how working capital solutions are designed, delivered, and scaled. A key focus is strengthening the region’s pre‑approved loans capability, evolving it from campaign‑based execution to an always‑on, data‑led, need‑triggered engagement model.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Own and deliver regional Business Loans programmes, driving growth while managing risk and compliance.
  • Define and lead the regional pre‑approved loans strategy end-to-end transformation, evolving to an always‑on, data‑led engagement model.
  • Coordinate campaign planning and execution, aligning regional country, technology, operations, and partner teams.
  • Leverage regional SME insights and data to shape relevant working capital solutions across markets.
  • Partner with government agencies, external partners, and internal stakeholders to deliver consistent regional journeys.
  • Drive regional change management, performance tracking, and continuous optimisation.
  • Ensure adherence to regional and local regulatory, risk, and governance standards across all programmes.

 Reporting to:

  • Group Lead, Lending Programme Management

  • Tertiary qualification with 8+ years’ relevant experience, preferably in SME Banking and/or Product Management, with demonstrated ability to drive strategic product initiatives.
  • Clear communicator and strategic thinker, able to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Self‑driven and resilient, with strong stakeholder management skills and a customer‑centric mindset.
