We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (APAC) to support the commercial launch and growth of our electronics manufacturing services in Asia-Pacific, with a strong focus on Vietnam-based production and regional customer development.

The position is ideally based in Singapore or Malaysia, with flexibility for other APAC locations.

We operate advanced electronics manufacturing facilities in Lithuania and are currently expanding our footprint with a new manufacturing site in Vietnam

We combine European-quality processes, strong engineering discipline, and scalable APAC manufacturing.

In this role, you will: As Business Development Manager – APAC, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new EMS opportunities in the region.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop new OEM and EMS outsourcing opportunities across APAC
  • Build relationships with sourcing, supply chain, and engineering stakeholders
  • Manage full sales cycle from lead to contract
  • Position Vietnam manufacturing combined with EU engineering and quality
  • Represent the company at exhibitions and customer meetings
  • Collaborate with Sales Management and Key Account Managers
  • Maintain accurate CRM reporting

What we expect of you:

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS / PCBA)
  • Proven track record working with OEMs, design houses, or regional sourcing teams
  • Strong understanding of APAC manufacturing ecosystems (Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand preferred)
  • Ability to sell value, not only price
  • Excellent English communication skills (additional central Asia and regional languages are a plus)
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Structured, self-driven, and results-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to travel within APAC
