How you’ll help us make health happen

  • To manage group quotation requests from our existing brokers/IFAs and independent agents in Singapore
  • To support the Head of Corporate with group quote requests and product training to brokers
  • Deliver presentations on our products, proposition, and core values
  • Manage and grow SME pipeline
  • Regularly update Sales Force with SME/Corporate pipeline and create good reporting to show real time progress
  • Support broker related events and campaigns (secondary)
  • Accurately maintaining and updating customer records on the customer management system to ensure high sales conversion.
  • Complying with all regulatory and governance requirements including MAS and FCA and Treating Customers Fairly
  • Achieving targets for sales, productivity, and quality
  • Participate in regular 121s and team meetings with your Manager
  • Support new team members and being a role model for the team demonstrating outstanding personal behaviors and performance.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement process by developing new business ideas, able to work between different internal teams/divisions, and making a contribution to focus groups
  • Being the brand representative of Bupa Global - maintaining an exceptional level of integrity and service at all times.
  • Maintaining contact with, updating, and supporting, the new business team to maintain high confidence in role capabilities.
  • Act as a pioneer in undertaking a new role being open to new ways of working for the continuous improvement of generating business.

Key Skills/Qualifications needed for this role:

  • Proven sales experience within insurance (IPMI is a plus), financial services, banking, or wealth management, ideally with exposure to high-net-worth (HNW) client segments.
  • Demonstrated track record of growing intermediary-led sales and consistently delivering against new business targets and KPIs.
  • Experience working with insurance brokers or third-party distribution partners; an established broker network in Singapore is a strong advantage.
  • Solid understanding of the Singapore insurance market and relevant legal and regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and build credibility at senior levels within intermediary organisations.
  • Commercially astute, with the ability to identify opportunities, assess business potential, and convert strategy into execution.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence delivering broker training and sales enablement sessions.
