This is a business development role for direct team through direct account and affinity source. You will source clientele through networking events and creating a pipeline to close leads. You will also be working with underwriters and operational teams to propose the best deals for the client and the company.

New Business 

  • To achieve team sales goal and meet growth targets.
  • To assist in developing new avenue of business
  • To build and develop existing relationship with intermediaries
  • To ensure quotations are issued within TAT of 48 hrs.

Business Development

  • Organize sales & operations training where required for clients/ intermediaries
  • Liaise mainly with internal stakeholders to achieve positive results
  • Handle data and system entry for quotations
  • Manage sales quotation activities log

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma holder
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant Industry Experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & Powerpoint Skills
  • Certifications/licenses – HI, M5 and M9, M9A, BCP, PGI, Com GI
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated decision making and problem-solving skill
  • Customer focused
  • Good project management and organizational skills
