ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Business Development Manager at Group-IB, you will be a key member of our META Sales Team, focused on driving strategic growth and expanding our footprint across the UAE. You will be generating high-value business opportunities, build trusted relationships with key stakeholders, and promote our advanced cybersecurity solutions across government, enterprise, and critical infrastructure sectors.This role is ideal for a motivated, self-starting sales professional who is passionate about cybersecurity and eager to make a tangible impact in one of the world’s most dynamic markets.


YOUR MISSION

  • Drive sales growth across the UAE, with a primary focus on Abu Dhabi and government / semi-government entities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders within government organizations, regulators, and public sector entities in Abu Dhabi, as well as key players in strategic industries.
  • Engage in high-level consultative discussions aligned with UAE national digital transformation initiatives (e.g., smart government, cybersecurity frameworks, and national strategies).
  • Identify and develop opportunities by understanding public sector cybersecurity priorities, regulatory frameworks, and compliance requirements within Abu Dhabi and the wider UAE.
  • Position cybersecurity solutions in line with government needs, including critical infrastructure protection, threat intelligence, and incident response capabilities.
  • Strengthen and leverage relationships with key system integrators, government-linked partners, and strategic alliances across the UAE ecosystem.
  • Proactively generate pipeline through direct engagement, networking within government circles, and partner-led initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with sales engineering, marketing, and regional teams to deliver tailored solutions for government clients.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM reporting aligned with UAE and regional business objectives.
  • Position Group-IB as a leading cybersecurity authority in the UAE through thought leadership and consultative customer engagement.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Proven success in enterprise or strategic account sales within the UAE market, preferably in cybersecurity or enterprise technology.
  • Strong understanding of local market conditions, compliance frameworks, and enterprise buying processes.
  • Experience working with channel partners, system integrators, and alliance-driven sales models.
  • Minimum 8 years of B2B sales experience in cybersecurity, technology, or systems integration.
  • High level of interest in cybersecurity innovation and evolving threat landscapes.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
