Maintain and scale global infrastructure: manage bare-metal servers, LXC, VMs and cloud; operate core services (Nginx, GitLab, registries); automate with IaC and scripting; administer Kubernetes and distributed databases; implement high-availability fault-tolerant systems; monitor performance and resolve infrastructure incidents while collaborating across teams.

Drive sales growth across ACT and Australian Federal Government accounts by generating leads, building relationships, developing channel partners, executing outreach campaigns, collaborating with internal teams, maintaining CRM records and forecasts, and positioning Group-IB as a trusted cybersecurity advisor.

Drive new business and manage accounts across Spain for Group-IB cybersecurity and fraud protection solutions. Build channel partnerships, run outbound campaigns, manage leads with Sales, Partners and Marketing, forecast territory revenue, and maintain CRM client data.

Design and build production-grade analytical services and ETL pipelines to detect fraud. Analyze session and network data, develop and integrate ML models and AI agents, implement predictive scoring, and produce research-backed documentation and presentations.

Own end-to-end design of complex product features, collaborate with PMs and engineers, evolve the design system, run usability studies, translate research into high-fidelity UI and interaction specs, and raise design quality across the team.
