Provide administrative support to APAC sales and business operations: prepare NDAs/MOUs, maintain Salesforce, track deals and payments, liaise with legal/finance, schedule meetings, draft basic accounting docs, build reports, and handle ad-hoc tasks.

Generate new business opportunities for the ANZ region by executing outbound campaigns, prospecting with channel partners, pre-qualifying marketing leads, routing qualified enterprise opportunities, maintaining CRM data, and becoming an expert on Group-IB solutions to support Account Managers and close SMB deals.

Operate, maintain, and scale high-availability infrastructure across bare-metal, containers, VMs and cloud. Manage core services (Nginx, CI/CD, artifact registries), automate via IaC and scripting, administer Kubernetes and distributed databases, implement observability and alerts, resolve infrastructure incidents, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design fault-tolerant, secure, high-performance systems.
