Business Development Manager (Corporate Accounts)
About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven and commercially minded Business Development Manager to join ADDX. This role is primarily focused on hunting, acquiring, and activating new SME and corporate accounts on the ADDX platform.
The successful candidate will be responsible for originating new corporate relationships, onboarding them onto the platform, and driving revenue through the sale of investment solutions. This is a frontline, quota-carrying role suited for individuals who thrive in a high-performance sales environment and are comfortable owning the full sales cycle.
Exposure to private markets and alternative investments will be a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Originate and acquire new SME and corporate clients through proactive prospecting, referrals, and targeted outreach.
Own the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and pitch to onboarding and first transaction.
Activate newly onboarded corporate accounts by identifying investment needs and executing investment transactions on the ADDX platform.
Position ADDX’s investment solutions (including private markets and alternative investments) as part of clients’ treasury, investment, or capital deployment strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers (e.g. founders, CFOs, finance leads, investment committees).
Work closely with internal teams (Product, Compliance, Risk, Operations, Client Account teams) to ensure efficient onboarding, deal execution, and post-sale support.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed revenue and activation targets.
Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments relevant to corporate investing.
Represent ADDX in client meetings, sales presentations, and selected industry or networking events where relevant to client acquisition.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
Minimum 2–3 years of proven B2B sales or business development experience within financial services, fintech, banking, or wealth/investment platforms.
Demonstrated success in hunting new clients and closing revenue-generating deals with SME or corporate clients.
Experience selling investment, treasury, or financial solutions is strongly preferred.
Knowledge or exposure to private markets, alternative investments, or structured investment solutions is a strong advantage.
Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a performance-oriented environment.
