Consultative Selling & Client Engagement

  • Lead structured discovery conversations to understand client objectives, challenges, and growth priorities

  • Position Money20/20 sponsorships as strategic business platforms, not just event presence

  • Tailor commercial solutions in collaboration with internal stakeholders

  • Ensure a smooth and timely handover of closed deals to the enterprise or retention teams for ongoing account management and event delivery

Collaboration & Internal Alignment

  • Work in close alignment with the existing enterprise, new business, and retention teams to ensure clarity of ownership and client experience

  • Share market intelligence, competitive insights, and prospect feedback across teams

  • Collaborate with marketing, content, operations, and CX teams to support successful sponsor outcomes

  • Contribute to wider regional growth initiatives and strategic projects as required

Qualifications

Sales & Commercial Experience

  • Proven experience in business development, B2B sales, or sponsorship sales

  • Demonstrated ability to close consultative, value-led deals

Communication & Relationship Skills

  • Strong outbound prospecting and relationship building capabilities

  • Confidence engaging with senior leaders and commercial decision-makers

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Ability to clearly articulate value propositions tailored to different client needs

Professional Attributes
