Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new enterprise merchant acquisition across video games, eCommerce, marketplaces, and other high-growth verticals in APAC.
  • Lead the full outbound strategy, prospecting into large enterprise merchants, uncovering strategic pain points, and aligning Nuvei’s payment solutions with their global expansion needs.
  • Analyze market trends, merchant payment performance, and transactional data to identify hidden growth opportunities.
  • Build and deliver tailored business cases and value propositions for enterprise clients, leveraging Nuvei’s modular technology, acquiring solutions, PayFac capabilities, and alternative payments portfolio.
  • Apply MEDDPICC sales methodology and Gap Selling principles to structure complex sales cycles and uncover the true business impact for prospects.
  • Partner closely with Solution Engineers, Partnership and Marketing teams to co-create winning proposals and account strategies.
  • Engage senior stakeholders (C-level/Founders, VPs of Payments/Finance, eCommerce heads) within target organizations, establishing Nuvei as a strategic partner, not just a vendor.
  • Maintain a consultative sales approach, leveraging data and insights to drive complex enterprise deals from discovery through close.
  • Represent Nuvei at industry events, gaming/eCommerce conferences, and networking forums, elevating brand presence and generating new enterprise leads.
  • Track activities and pipeline progress in CRM (Salesforce), ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to refine go-to-market messaging and targeted campaigns for the gaming and eCommerce ecosystem.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of enterprise sales or business development experience in payments, merchant acquiring, or fintech, preferably within video games, eCommerce, or marketplace verticals.
  • Proven success in PayFac (Payment Facilitator) sales, merchant acquiring, or SaaS-driven payment solutions.
  • Strong understanding of global acquiring, PayFac models, alternative payment methods (APMs), and cross-border eCommerce.
  • Experience selling to video gaming publishers, platform operators, retailers or major online marketplaces is highly desirable.
  • Ability to leverage data and insights to build persuasive, ROI-driven proposals.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills (Sales, Product, Partnership, Marketing).
  • Fluent in English;
  • Mandarin or another APAC language is a strong plus.
  • Highly driven, hungry, competitive, and ambitious, with a track record of exceeding enterprise sales targets.
  • Analytical and data-driven, able to translate payment metrics and business challenges into compelling commercial strategies.
