Job Description

United Overseas Bank Ltd (UOB) is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to drive and support key business change and transformation initiatives across various functions. This role is pivotal in ensuring successful implementation of strategic projects, optimizing processes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
Job Responsibilities:**
* Lead and manage end-to-end business change projects, from initial concept and planning through to implementation and post-implementation review.
* Conduct detailed business analysis, process mapping, and requirements gathering to identify areas for improvement and define transformation objectives.
* Develop comprehensive change management strategies and plans, including communication plans, training programs, and stakeholder engagement frameworks.
* Collaborate closely with business units, technology teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery of transformation initiatives.
* Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with change projects, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
* Track and report on project progress, key performance indicators (KPIs), and benefits realization to senior management.
* Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings to build understanding, gain buy-in, and drive adoption of new processes and systems.
* Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within UOB, identifying opportunities for process optimization and digital transformation.
* Support the development of business cases for proposed change initiatives, including cost-benefit analysis and strategic alignment.
Job Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma, ADKAR) preferred.
* Minimum of 7 years of experience in business change management, transformation, project management, or management consulting, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
* Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex change initiatives across diverse business functions.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
* Demonstrated experience in process re-engineering, optimization, and digital transformation initiatives.
* Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and change management frameworks.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Strong understanding of banking products, services, and regulatory requirements is a plus.
