Responsibilities:
- Develop data educational strategies and programs for staffs.
- Responsible for defining and implementing the data literacy training strategy across all staffs, including establishing policies to design and deliver differentiated courses tailored to specific audiences.
- Deliver and oversee tailored training programs, including executive-level data literacy training for senior management, advanced programs for aspiring data scientists, and data quality and governance training for general staffs.
- Implement e-learning courses and ensure they are accessible to employees; tracking KPIs and evaluating achievement levels are future tasks.
- Collaborate with the HR department, coordinate efforts such as posting training courses on the HR portal.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in data governance, data literacy, data architecture, data modeling, or data management (banking or financial services industry is preferred).
- In-depth expertise in logical and physical data modeling across core banking, risk, compliance, and financial reporting domains, as well as various analytical use cases.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and documentation skills to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
