- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- 5–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst within banking, financial services, or consulting environments.
- Strong experience in Regulatory Compliance, AML, KYC, Financial Crime, Transaction Monitoring, or Regulatory Reporting initiatives.
- Experience working on data-related projects, including data analysis, data mapping, data governance, data quality, or regulatory data transformation.
- Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Ability to engage effectively with both business and technical teams.
- Experience preparing business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and user stories
- Embraces emerging technologies, demonstrates an AI-first mindset, and proactively identifies opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve ways of working, accelerate innovation, and create measurable business impact for clients and the firm.
