SimplifyNext is a fast-growing consulting and technology firm founded by veterans from top-tier consulting companies, focused on AI, Automation, and Application Platforms. Our mission is to drive business transformation across industries by combining strategic insight with deep technical expertise.

We work with leading enterprises and public sector organisations across Singapore and the Asia Pacific region to design, build, and operate scalable digital and automation platforms — delivering impactful transformations for global and local organisations alike.

Built as an agile practice, we mentor and grow the next generation of consulting and technology experts. We invest heavily in structured training and enablement programmes that help our teams expand across Intelligent Automation, Test Automation, AI-powered workflows, and Agentic AI solutions.

Recognised as one of the fastest-growing companies in Singapore and Asia Pacific, SimplifyNext is positioned as one of the most credible and ambitious digital transformation teams in the region.

SimplifyNext is home to one of ASEAN’s most innovative automation practices and our RPA team plays a central role in our transformation programmes.

The Role – What You’ll Do

  • Design and deliver enterprise-grade automation solutions using Blue Prism, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
  • Lead the development of RPA processes including process design, workflow building, exception handling, SLAs, and orchestration.
  • Work on end-to-end RPA delivery: from process identification, feasibility, design, build, test, deployment, to production support.
  • Integrate Blue Prism solutions with various enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, internal APIs, web services, databases) and external services.
  • Implement governance frameworks, version control/ALM practices, environment strategy, deployment automation and monitoring of bots.
  • Collaborate in Agile squads, engage with business stakeholders, run demos, facilitate UAT, and continuously improve delivery.
  • Mentor junior RPA developers, contribute to knowledge-sharing, best practices, and automation COE initiatives.
  • Explore and incorporate intelligent automation elements (e.g., OCR/IDP, AI-based decisioning, conversational bots) alongside RPA to elevate automation impact.

What Makes this Role Exciting

  • You’ll shape high-impact solutions – delivering automation at scale across public and private sectors that significantly reduce manual effort and transform operation models.
  • You’ll push the boundaries of RPA by working beyond “bots that simply mimic clicks” into integrated intelligent automation, analytics, and orchestration across platforms.
  • You’ll design with experience in mind – partnering with UX/design teams, business stakeholders and technical architects to ensure the automation is robust and user-centric.
  • You’ll work in a fast-growth, high-visibility practice – you’ll gain exposure to senior leadership, client executive sponsors and opportunities to drive thought leadership in our automation community.
  • You’ll accelerate your career – structured mentorship, opportunities to progress into Automation Architect / Practice Lead roles, cross-train into AI and other digital domains.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience, with at least 2-3 years focused on Blue Prism RPA development (or similar RPA platform) in enterprise environments.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Blue Prism (process studio, control room, RPA architecture) and familiarity with building robust, scalable automation workflows.
  • Integration experience with system APIs, web services, databases, ERP/CRM systems and handling exception/error management, logging, monitoring.
  • Understanding of automation best practices, governance, ALM/DevOps for RPA, and environment strategy (dev/test/prod).
  • Experience or exposure in using intelligent automation capabilities (e.g., OCR/IDP, document processing modules, decision intelligence) is a plus.
  • Agile delivery experience – working in cross-functional squads, iterative delivery, engaging business stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to translate business processes into automated workflows, excellent communication skills.
  • Preferred: Blue Prism certification(s), knowledge of scripting or .NET (for advanced integrations) and familiarity with RPA COE frameworks.

Why Join Us

  • Competitive salary + performance bonus
  • Certification sponsorship (e.g., Blue Prism Developer/Professional)
  • Work on automation and AI-driven RPA projects—not just repetitive bots
  • Learn from senior architects and consulting leaders in our automation & AI practice
  • Structured career path toward Lead Developer / Automation Architect / Practice Lead
  • Cross-training in AI, automation, and next-gen digital platforms

At SimplifyNext, we’re committed to building a team of curious, driven, and forward-thinking individuals who care deeply about creating meaningful impact through technology. If you’re excited by the opportunity to grow, collaborate, and shape the future of digital transformation across the region, we’d be happy to hear from you.
