We are hiring a CRM Account Executive to own and grow enterprise relationships across Southeast Asia as part of our fastest-growing product line.

About The Role

You'll lead the full sales cycle for monday CRM within our product-led growth motion — from discovery through close. This means running consultative demos, aligning on business outcomes, and positioning monday CRM as a core part of our WorkOS platform. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that drive scale, while staying sharp on competitive positioning and industry trends.

This is a quota-carrying role with real ownership and real impact.

What you'll do

  • Own the full sales cycle for monday CRM within our PLG (sales-assisted) motion across SEA Enterprise accounts

  • Run discovery and CRM-focused demos that connect our product directly to customer ROI

  • Build deep expertise in monday's solution and articulate its value at the executive level

  • Partner cross-functionally to shape strategy and accelerate deals through complex, multi-stakeholder cycles

  • Track market trends and competitive dynamics to continuously sharpen our positioning

What you bring

  • 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience in a closing role

  • Proven track record of upsell and cross-sell in complex deal environments

  • CRM expertise — you understand the space deeply

  • Experience negotiating contracts and navigating legal discussions

  • A consultative approach, strong executive presence, and excellent communication skills

  • SEA market experience is a plus; additional languages are a bonus
