Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine quality control testing according to standard operating procedures (SOPs). 
  • Accurately document testing results and maintain laboratory records. 
  • Conduct molecular biology assays, including DNA quantification, agarose gel electrophoresis, restriction digestion, endotoxin testing, and other QC-related analyses.
  • Perform product aliquoting, labeling, and final preparation before product release according to established procedures.
  • Review and verify laboratory test results to ensure products meet quality specifications before release.
  • Report quality issues promptly and assist in deviation investigations and root cause analysis.
  • Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
  • Collaborate with Production and other departments to support smooth manufacturing operations.
  • Follow laboratory safety requirements and company quality management procedures.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities and complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor. 

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Genetics, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Life Sciences, or related disciplines.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Candidates with laboratory internship or relevant working experience are welcome, but experience is not required.
  • Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.
