This position is responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service to guests through the preparation and serving of cocktails and a variety of beverages in the hotel’s bars and restaurants.
While providing warm hospitality in line with brand standards, you will create memorable and enjoyable guest experiences through personalized service, inventory management, POS operations, and upselling initiatives.
You will also contribute to the smooth operation of the outlet by maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety and working closely with fellow team members.

- Prepare and serve cocktails, coffee, and a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Deliver exceptional guest service and create memorable guest experiences
- Take guest orders and process payments using the POS system
- Manage beverage inventory and maintain hygiene and sanitation standards
- Drive revenue growth through effective upselling and product recommendations
- Provide information and recommendations on hotel facilities, services, and menu offerings
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth operation of restaurant and bar outlets
- Maintain high standards of hospitality in accordance with Hilton brand standards
- Address guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
- Contribute to a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for both guests and team members

Required Qualifications

- Previous experience in the hospitality, restaurant, bar, or food and beverage industry

- Flexible and able to adapt positively to a dynamic work environment
