ご到着からご出発まで、お客様が快適にお過ごしいただけるようサポートするとともに、ご要望やお問い合わせに迅速かつ丁寧に対応します。また、館内施設やサービスのご案内、アップセルの提案、他部署との連携を通じて、お客様満足度の向上とホテルの価値向上に貢献していただきます。
チームメンバーと協力しながら、ヒルトンのブランドスタンダードを実践し、お客様へ期待を超えるサービスを提供することが求められます。
