Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Liaise with airline for booking of cargo space (Outgoing)
  • Liaise with security vendor for the arrangement of local deliveries and collections
  • Arrange the security transportation for the delivery and pickup of shipments
  • Trade verification for outgoing shipments and local run trades
  • Liaise with cash processing team to prepare for stock for outgoing shipment
  • Liaise with cash processing team for the processing of incoming shipments
  • Follow up with dealers on discrepancies from outgoing and incoming shipments
  • Shipment expenses tracking and invoice verification for shipments
  • Ensure accuracy of deals by retrieving the confirmation message from Reuters
  • Reconciliation of MT 950 and sale deals
  • Monitor fund and alert front office for any non-receipt of funds, shortage and excess of payment
  • Reconcile incoming fund against MT 950 (T+1 day)
  • Monitor incoming and outgoing funds and shipment coordination for local and overseas
  • Any ad hoc task as assigned by supervisor

 

 

Key Requirement:

 

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline
  • Experience in Cash Handling and/or logistics handling and preferably in bank setting
  • At least 1 years and above of relevant working experience and preferably with supervisory experience.
  • Numerical and attentive to details with hands-on MS Skill
