Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively understand customers’ financial needs and provide timely, accurate and appropriate financial advice aligned with their banking requirements

  • Deliver financial advisory services to bank customers through the Bank’s network, tele-consulting and internal referrals, with the objective of meeting and exceeding individual sales targets

  • Uphold a high standard of professionalism, diligence and integrity in all advisory interactions

  • Ensure full compliance with the Bank’s internal policies, business processes and regulatory requirements, including proper documentation and advisory procedures

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma from a recognized institution with at least 2 years of relevant working experience or a recognized University Degree (fresh graduates are welcome)

  • Relevant accreditations such as CMFAS Modules 5, 9, 9A, and HI are preferred

  • Proven track record in sales performance and client engagement will be an advantage

  • Strong interpersonal, communication and relationship‑building skills

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
