What you do

1. Bancassurance Specialist will provide advisory services on all Bancassurance products under the Personal Banking segment

2. Conduct training and continuing education for Personal Financial Consultants on Bancassurance products

3. Take on Ad hoc projects to upskill relevant stakeholders

4. Conduct trainings and seminars whenever required

5. Perform daily joint appointments including pre and post discussion after the appointment

6. Achieve revenue targets set out by management

Who you are

1.A good degree in Banking and Finance or equivalent

2.Candidate should have 3-5 years of prior experience in Insurance Sales-related roles

3.Sound analytical mind

4.Must have or willing to learn a broad-based insurance-related exposure and background in order to multi-task within a small team

5.Candidate should ideally be mature, confident, and able to play a meaningful role in client meetings

6.Coaching, mentoring and team management experience will be an added advantage
