Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement AI governance standards and frameworks to ensure the responsible, safe, and trusted use of AI across DBS Bank.
  • Create playbooks and learning materials to guide AI use case teams in implementing these AI governance standards and practices.
  • Validate the implementation of AI standards by business and support units.
  • Collaborate with business, AI and technical teams to industrialise AI governance practices and tooling.
  • Facilitate and run bank-wide AI governance processes.
  • Engage stakeholders across business and technology units to foster a culture of responsible AI and provide guidance on AI governance practices.

Requirements

  • Degree in a relevant field such as computer science, engineering, mathematics, or data science
  • 8 to 10 years of experience in technology management, risk management or regulatory compliance
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies such as machine learning, deep learning, GenAI and Agentic AI
  • Expert knowledge of data privacy regulations such as PDPA and emerging AI governance standards
  • Ability to develop practical solutions and provide strategic guidance to senior stakeholders
