Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI governance standards and frameworks to ensure the responsible, safe, and trusted use of AI across DBS Bank.
- Create playbooks and learning materials to guide AI use case teams in implementing these AI governance standards and practices.
- Validate the implementation of AI standards by business and support units.
- Collaborate with business, AI and technical teams to industrialise AI governance practices and tooling.
- Facilitate and run bank-wide AI governance processes.
- Engage stakeholders across business and technology units to foster a culture of responsible AI and provide guidance on AI governance practices.
Requirements
- Degree in a relevant field such as computer science, engineering, mathematics, or data science
- 8 to 10 years of experience in technology management, risk management or regulatory compliance
- Strong understanding of AI technologies such as machine learning, deep learning, GenAI and Agentic AI
- Expert knowledge of data privacy regulations such as PDPA and emerging AI governance standards
- Ability to develop practical solutions and provide strategic guidance to senior stakeholders
