Position Responsibilities:

  • Developing the product roadmap, product ideation and key stories for the product line in charge.

  • Ensuring the delivery of customer centric solutions by involving the customers, our distribution partners and other stakeholders in our product development process

  • Leading the development, implementation and on-going management of product initiatives and other enhancements that align with our business directions including; detailed product specs, user and business requirements.

  • Achieving the right balance of customer, distribution partner and shareholder value for the products within the product line.

  • Thorough understanding and insight into our key competitors and positioning

  • Guide the product managers to comply with product development procedures to meet internal and regulatory requirements.

  • Support the overall project management process by working closely with product delivery managers, product distribution managers and other departments as well as external service providers to ensure our product initiatives and related supports are delivered effectively and meet our customer expectations.

  • Guide, motivate and develop product managers throughout various stages of product development process.

Required Qualifications:

  • 15 years of solid track record in the creation of customer centric insurance solutions.

  • Strong knowledge of insurance product pricing principles, financial metrics and risks.

  • Experience in working with multi-channel distribution and the regulatory framework in Singapore.

  • Demonstrated skill in driving large initiatives across functional teams and business units

  • Strong influencing and negotiating skills

  • University degree- Marketing, Business or Financial recommended
