Success in this role demands a proactive and collaborative approach. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across technology, fraud operations, and compliance. Prioritise based on risk and impact. Build strong relationships to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions. Embrace agile methodologies to adapt to changing priorities. You will champion best practices in fraud detection and prevention.

 

What you do

  • Gather, analyse, and document business requirements for FCC/KYC Name Screening, Customer Due Diligence (CDD) Risk Scoring, Transaction Screening domains systems.

  • Collaborate with various departments across the bank such as Engineering, Tech Architecture, Infra, Security etc. to come up with end-to-end solution design, scope of work and cost estimates.

  • Present solution proposals, cost benefit analysis and provide recommendations to both business and technology management teams on the solution/ options.

  • Perform project activities from requirement analysis, functional specifications, user stories, testing and go-live.

  • Translate business needs into functional specifications for development teams.

  • Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to elicit requirements.

  • Manage and prioritise the product backlog for anti-fraud initiatives.

  • Participate in system testing and user acceptance testing.

  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging fraud threats.

  • Knowledge of FCC domains such Transaction Monitoring and Anti-Fraud is advantageous.

  • Experience with key FCC market solutions including SAI NetReveal, Oracle FCCM and SAS-FMS is a plus.

Who you are

  • Possess a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Bring 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services industry.

  • Demonstrate strong expertise in FCC and KYC systems and techniques.

  • Exhibit excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Are proficient in requirements gathering methodologies, process modelling, and data analysis.

  • Have hands-on experience working in both SDLC & Agile/SCRUM delivery approaches.

  • Preferably possess understanding of fraud data analytics, machine learning and data science concepts.

Side note:

This role requires 100% work in office, eventually to relocate to Punggol Digital District in 2026/ Q1 2027
