What you do

  • Plan and execute investigation processes, including interviews, evidence gathering, and documentation.

  • Assess findings objectively and prepare investigation reports with clear conclusions and recommendations.

  • Provide advice and guidance to HR Business Partners, managers and employees on employee relations matters, policy interpretation and consequence management.

  • Support disciplinary and appeal processes, including preparation of documentation, coordination with relevant stakeholders and tracking of outcomes.

  • Partner with Legal, Compliance, Risk and other control functions on complex or sensitive matters, including regulatory or governance-related employee conduct issues.

  • Maintain accurate case records and ensure matters are handled with appropriate confidentiality, consistency and timeliness.

  • Contribute to the review and enhancement of employee relations frameworks, policies, guidelines and templates.

  • Prepare management reports and updates for senior stakeholders and committees.

Who you are
  • Degree in Human Resources, Law, Business, or related discipline.

  • At least 5 years of experience in employee relations, HR advisory, investigations, audit or a related field; experience in financial services will be an advantage.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear, objective and well-structured documentation.

  • Sound judgement, discretion and the ability to remain objective, empathetic and professional in challenging situations.

  • Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to assess evidence, identify risks and recommend proportionate outcomes.
