About the Team & Business Line: 

Fund Administration is Citco’s core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry’s most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience. 

As a core member of our Real Estate team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon. 

Your Role: 

Client Relationship & Strategic Management

  • Build, maintain, and deepen professional relationships with clients and key internal and external stakeholders.

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients and other fund participants.

  • Lead strategic client communications, including negotiation, implementation, and ongoing management of Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of clients’ business models, fund structures, operating environments, technology platforms, and strategic objectives.

  • Maintain accurate and timely client records, commentary, and updates in internal CRM systems.


Service Delivery & Client Oversight

  • Oversee service delivery for a portfolio of Real Assets funds, ensuring adherence to agreed SLAs and service standards.

  • Coordinate and manage new client onboardings, fund launches, and changes to existing client structures.

  • Prepare and review client-facing deliverables, including board reports, KPIs, scorecards, and service performance reporting.

  • Review client profitability and accounts receivable positions, escalating and addressing negative trends where required.


Operational & Risk Management

  • Provide operational support as required, to ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality fund administration and accounting services, including: 

    • Review of books and records, and funds’ Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations

    • Coordination and review of financial statements and periodic reporting

    • Coordination and review of capital calls, distributions, investor allocations, and capital account statements

    • Support payment processing and transaction flows

  • Review risk logs and coordinate incident management, escalation, communication, and resolution.


Business Development & Continuous Improvement

  • Maintain a strong understanding of Citco’s full suite of products, services, and business lines.

  • Collaborate with Operations and Technology teams to drive process improvements, system enhancements, efficiency gains, and operational risk reduction.

  • Stay informed of industry developments, regulatory changes, and market trends impacting Real Assets and alternative investment funds.


Projects & Commercial Support

  • Participate in presentations to existing and prospective clients.

  • Contribute to internal projects and strategic initiatives supporting the ongoing growth and evolution of the business.

  • Support ad hoc client, operational, or strategic initiatives as required.

 

About You:

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, business-related area and/or studying for a professional accounting qualification (ie. CA, CPA or ACCA or equivalent).

  • Minimum of 5–7 years’ experience in accounting or financial services sector, particularly Real Estate, Asset Management or Fund Administration.

  • Strong technical understanding of IFRS, including general ledger maintenance, financial statement preparation, and consolidation accounting.

  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English (both verbal and written).

  • Motivated, bright and diligent individual who is driven to meet deadlines.

  • A team player who is able to manage individual responsibilities.

  • Strong business acumen.

  • Good client/business relationship management.

  • Sound judgment, problem solving and analytical skills.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).

  • Working knowledge of Yardi highly desirable (or other Real Estate system e.g. MRI).

  • Real estate fund administration experience is desirable.
