As part of the Singapore Marketing team, you’ll help shape and execute marketing campaigns that resonate with local audiences — from online sales and marketing campaigns to offline activations and CRM strategies. This is a hands-on role offering both breadth and depth across key marketing channels. Be part of an exciting team defining and refining the brand’s positioning and tone in Singapore!

What you will do:

  • Campaign Ideation and Execution:

    • Plan and execute integrated B2C marketing campaigns (online and offline) to acquire new users and engage existing ones for Klook in Singapore.

    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as content, social, design, KOLs, and business development teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns effectively - on time, on budget, and aligned with business goals.

    • Manage timelines, creative development, and performance outcomes across campaign touchpoints.

  • CRM Strategy & Execution

    • Drive customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value through localized CRM strategies and optimisations. 

    • Work with Central CRM teams to enhance customer segmentation and deliver personalized communications.

  • Performance Analysis & Optimization

    • Analyze and report on campaign performance, drawing insights and learnings to optimise ongoing campaigns and improve future campaigns.

    • Use internal tools (e.g. Tableau) to track key metrics and support data-driven decision-making.

    • Stay on top of market trends, and customer behavior and feedback to continuously refine strategies and improve customer experience.

What you will need:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience executing B2C marketing campaigns (online and offline) in the Singapore market; relevance to travel / e-commerce industries is a bonus.

  • Passion in crafting compelling stories through integrated marketing communications. 

  • Proven experience in end-to-end campaign rollout and project management

  • Hands-on knowledge of CRM platforms and experience in customer segmentation.

  • Demonstrated ability to plan and execute offline activations, such as pop-ups, roadshows, and events. 

  • Excellent analytical skills and comfortable working with data, with the ability to leverage data and insights to create compelling marketing proposals. Experience Tableau is a plus. 

  • Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail.

  • Self-motivated and confident working independently when needed.

  • Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • A start-up attitude - highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up your sleeves mindset
