Purpose of the role

To conduct periodic and ad hoc operations (including fund transfers and SPV administrations) and reporting (including transaction performance reports and regulatory filings) for securitization business accurately and punctually. To support marketing, origination, and maintenance of securitization portfolio. To support strategic and financial planning work and internal business activities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • To ensure periodic reporting are conducted in a timely manner and comply with internal MUFG policies and relevant MAS regulations. To develop capability of preparing and managing all reporting on his/her own, with the aim to have team leader perform checker function only.

  • To support team's planning work and internal business activities by preparing internal/administrative materials and monitoring asset performance. To support team members for marketing and origination of securitization transactions to achieve team profit target.

  • To execute and follow up with periodic and ad hoc funding and operation precisely for both existing and new transactions, internally with operations and externally with corresponding parties.

  • To work and maintain close relationship with team members for accurate and smooth operation and execution. To liaise with other departments and branches including Head Office for timely and proper preparation of reports. To be proactive in self-learning to value add to team's business. To foster good communication internally and externally to pick up new skills.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Minimum 3 years in financial reporting / operation

  • Candidates with banking and finance industry background preferred

  • Basic knowledge in finance and accounting

  • MS excel skill advantageous

  • Attention to detail and team-player
