Job DescriptionWhat you'll do
Our Regulatory Compliance Advisory team services MAS-regulated financial institutions, the majority of whom are Capital Market Services Licence holders for fund management activities.
Responsibilities:
- You'll set up and enhance clients’ compliance functions post-MAS licensing, including designing tailored compliance manuals and monitoring programs
- You'll advise clients on ongoing regulatory requirements and handle requests for guidance on compliance-related matters
- You'll conduct regulatory compliance reviews aligned with MAS requirements and standards
- You'll manage ad-hoc projects impacting clients or the industry, such as regulatory changes, tax incentives, and new investment or technology frameworks
- You'll prepare regulatory reports based on MAS risk-based capital requirements and produce clear write-ups on regulatory updates affecting clients

About you
Requirements:
- You have at least 1–2 years of experience in regulatory compliance, audit, or legal functions within the financial services industry, while fresh graduates are also welcome
- You possess knowledge of the Securities and Futures Act and MAS Notices and Guidelines relevant to Singapore fund management companies
- You are capable of managing multiple stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and internal teams
- You demonstrate a positive, proactive attitude and are a fast learner with strong adaptability
- You are highly proficient in spoken and written English, with an advantage if you also have business-level Chinese proficiency
