Your Mission
In this role, you will be part of the Consumer Solution Product Management team to support both new development and sustaining activities across the AirSense device portfolio. You will also help drive commercial success through strong cross-functional collaboration, proactive problem-solving, and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.

Ultimately, your mission is to make sure that every AirSense device we deliver supports ResMed’s goal of improving lives—while helping the business grow responsibly, efficiently, and sustainably.
This role reports directly to the Group Product Manager – AirSense 10.
What You’ll Do
Champion the User
Develop a deep understanding of regional market dynamics and customer needs.
Maintain an updated understanding of global sleep therapy landscapes, device usage patterns, and clinical considerations.
Product Lifecycle Management
Manage mature products throughout their lifecycle, including post market support, product improvements, regulatory compliance, cost reduction initiatives, and end-of-life planning.
Take responsibility for a product line and prioritise requirements & requests across the AirSense portfolio to ensure successful execution.
Collaborate and Influence
Work closely with engineering, design, digital, marketing, and clinical teams.
Showcase strong presentation and communication skills to influence decision making and ensure alignment.
Support Strategic Initiatives
Contribute to broader strategic projects that support ResMed’s long-term direction.
Deliver Results
Ensure quality execution at every stage of the product lifecycle.
Measure success through user satisfaction, business outcomes, and continuous improvement.
